Fahad Mithavayani counsels clients in all aspects of state and local tax, real estate, trusts and estates, corporate, and immigration law matters.

Prior to starting his own practice, Fahad worked for multiple international law firms where he advised multi-national clients in all aspects of state and local tax controversies, tax planning, and compliance matters, including income, franchise, sales and use, and excise tax issues in numerous jurisdictions.
